About the "Fitness Addict"
Tess Mack, self proclaimed "Fitness Addict", can be found all over Tulsa doing what she does best... Motivating!
After an unsettling diagnosis in 2017, Tess decided it was time for her to take her life into her own hands. She started working out with Coach Jeff Pace, a renowned college athlete trainer. Pace was motivating and helped Tess move through phase 1 of her journey at the gym.
Following a procedure in 2017, doctors told Tess in order to live her best life, she was going to have to change her diet drastically. Low Carb... Low Sugar.
Tipping the scales at 267 pounds... Tess knew it was time to make the commitment to DO and BE better.
Over the past two years, Tess has lost a total of 54 pounds and counting! She loves where she is in her journey and knows that she will always need to push forward and evolve. She now teaches 6+ Fitness Classes for the YMCA of Greater Tulsa and loves the work she does on a daily basis.
